ADSL Annex M any good and how to get it (residential)?

Hi,

I am now using backup to the cloud and have about 400GB of data to shift. My broadband stats are as shown below and would like to have a faster upload speed so it doesn't take 40 days and 40 nights. Would annex M help, and if so by how much?

Last I heard, Annex M is only available on Business products.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
