ADSL Activation?

Hello, I was told that my broadband connection would be activated on the 28th of last month but that's now come and gone. Any news on what's happening?

Hi there,
I've just chased this up for you and it appears that the order has been stuck in our suppliers systems.
They pass on their apologies as do we and the order is set to complete in the next 2 working days (i.e early next week).
