Sorry, I think you've misunderstood me somewhere. I've not said there is no packetloss. I've said the pathping wasn't showing any.
Let me have a look at those graphs and get back to you.

Thank you chris as of yet no updates from CSC's on ticket and the fact that this is taking so long to sort out i am ready to leave. I have gave your network team as much info as i can to help get this issue fixed quickly and it doesn't seem like anything is getting done as currently nearly 3 weeks of not being able to use the broadband connection as it was intended for is getting far from being a joke.

3 of those graphs have identical spikes at 3am and 9am, does anything happen that may cause them (heating turning on off etc)? The rest of the graphs are showing lots of latency on them but I'm intrigued by those spikes.

Re your BQM plots
They don't show any packet loss as that it shown by red at the top http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
It does show quite high latency at times which appears to relate to heavy downloading/streaming on your connection

@Oldjim, There are red spikes in the graph you need to look in a zoomed state to see them. Also no heavy streaming or downloading is done due to downloads failing and streaming buffering all the time.
@Chris Heating is on constant and nothing is switched on at them times tv is on by 7am and thats about the only think switched on 3am i am still online on laptop and awake till 5am. Latency is also spiking high even loading a webpage causes it, Its not the router as i have checked.
So not sure whats causing them spikes but there is a packet loss issue and its really getting to be a problem even upping the SNR will not solve it and i need the best possible speed and low latency due to gaming as there can be more then one computer being used for just one game on certain games. I.E BF4 commander mode or Battlescreen etc.
All computers have been checked for viruses trojens and malware and are wiped every 3 months to ensure they are clean (Yes i am OCD when it comes to computers). I have had the firewall on router disabled during the use of TBB as well so the firewall is not causing the issue either.
But as i have said its coming up to 3 weeks now and so far its the same problem every time.
Edit also whitebox is showing packetloss for today

@Chris can you pass this on to the network team for me as the ticket is currently on hold.
This shows there is major packet loss.
Also there was a complete outage early hours of this morning where the PPP session dropped completely and i was unable to connect even after 3 router reboots.
Even the whitebox confirmed this issue.
