ABSYMAL speed on nntp today

Getting about 4 Kb yes only 4Kb when it should be 5Mb.
Changed g/w's three times not much difference.
Now on lo0.plusnet.thn-ag2.plus.net. And varying between 20K and 200K PAH! Useless.

I'm getting really poor speeds as well. iPlayer is buffering all the time.
Download speed achieved during the test was - 769 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.
