Well that is only marginally better than before, although the improvement in celerity has helped a bit in improving the speed slightly.
I don't know what errors the engineer was looking at but errors don't seem less or gone! Clearly from the engineers comments and report the 'E' side was poor (and may still be albeit maybe a bit better) but I'm not convinced the 'D' side is anywhere near what it should be, and would be only thing that would have accounted for the extremely poor Fibre performance when it was tried. My gut feeling is a Boost is required.
I also suggest that on any further engineer visits, you switch off the modem/router and only switch back on when they have finished (this may help prevent any undesirable DLM behaviour).
I noticed Tony missed the need to get the Upstream uncapped.
