Seems that telephone support are no use at the moment. Any way of getting a line check on here to see if it's a line fault or router fault for dropped connections?

Hi there,
We don't have any tests that will determine that for sure I'm afraid, that's why we always ask users to either test an alternative router or try their own router on a different line before raising a fault for them. If you could try either of those things that would confirm whether it's the router or not.
Hope that helps.
