So today I'm expecting my bb to be up and running constantly checking that dsl light,only to be told the simultaneous broadband and phone order has failed.
This is the first time I've ever had this happen with any new isp, maybe I've signed up with the wrong isp.
I'd like to know what and how can a order fail, did the engineer forget his specs when he got to the exchange ..
Disappointed already, not a good start
