A billing query to anyone who's in the know

Hello,
I joined PlusNet in 2005 "PlusNet Broadband Plus up to 8Mb" for £14.99 a month.
Although my download limit has risen over time I have just realised I have been paying £14.99 still while the "PlusNet value" tariff advertised is 10Mb for only £5.99 a month (I live in low cost area, Market 3 exchange category so therefore I should continue to pay £5.99 after 3 months)
So I am paying £14.99 a month when I would get the same service paying £5.99 a month.
Are customers supposed to automatically be put into new price structures?
Many thanks for any help,
Sheila.

Customers aren't automatically changed products - how do PN know what you services you want.
Compare the services you get now against the Value product here http://usergroup.plus.net/090217_pnvcomp2.php

Hi there,
Looking at your usage, a move to Value would be best for you in terms of cost.
We don't move customers to newly released products as standard, as the features are often very different. It's not our place to tell you which package is best for you and move you to it.
