Turn My Interleaving off as im back on 46 ms ping and should be between 20-30 and uncap my upload please as im on 0.30 and should be on 0.70
Also my download speed is at 5.83 and should be at 6.93 on avg, sort these out please as maybe buying an xb1 next week and wud rather play on a decent connection.

Probably worth looking at why interleaving is on in the first place - if you have an underlying issue with your line, the interleaving will return.
Can you post your router stats?

Not sure if it is on, just usually my ping is between 20-30 and it is between 40-60 atm.

One of the PN DC guys can tell you if it's on or off.
Could you post your router stats? Some routers will tell you whether it is on or off.
If you have a Technicolor router, you could be able to find out yourself (http://npr.me.uk/telnet.html - Get router stats).

Hi,
I've no problem with getting Interleaved removed and your upload speeds uncapped for you. I've placed orders for them both to be sorted and should take effect as of tomorrow morning.
Your connection looks fine and stable to me so I'm not sure why Interleaving has switched itself on.

There's a congestion issue at your Local Exchange unfortunately. Our suppliers haven't set a date that this will be resolved, but this is done generally pretty quickly.
Interleaving should be off your line as of this morning.

Nope, still in 40 odd ping instead of 22 on avg it used to be, and still on 0.20 upload when should be on 0.70 if I get upload uncapped, when will this be done please

If the issues are still present then this may be due to the congestion issue at your Local Exchange.
Alternatively you could raise a fault here: http://faults.plus.net
Our Faults team could then look into this to see if there's another underlying issue which caused Interleaving to be on.

Theres no congestion, im on 6.9 meg now and my upload is 0.37.....
However im on 52 ping, which puts my line with interleaving on when i asked for it to be removed, and i also STILL have not had my upload uncapped as it should be 0.70 and its 0.37..
Short and sweet, Turn the interleaving off on my line, and uncap my upload, cheers.

There is congestion at your exchange - I've checked the VLAN that you're connected to and it's definitely congested.

The order has already been placed, it looks like, for some reason it hasn't been removed. I've reset your line which should have now fixed the upstream issue and may have resolved the Interleaving issue. Can you let us know if you continue to have problems.

Since upload was uncapped, i seem to have disconnections whcih last 30 seconds, the router doesnt disconnect it just doesnt load nothing. could you please recap my upload BUT keep the interleaving off please. Thanks.

Just to be clear, would you like Max Premium removing or just the uncapping of your upload?
Max Premium doesn't only give you an uncapped upload, it gives you traffic prioritisation on the BT Network.

jujst the uncapping as i think that its too much for my line too handle and keeps causing me to disconnect. just cap my upload again, thsnkd

still waiting on my upload being capped, keep disconnecting and i think thats the causation. please recap my upload.
