Phone and net still down.....this is getting beyond a joke now.  This is the third of forth issue this year and each one has taken at least a week to sort.  Atm you guys are making talk talk look good!
Can someone call or text me with the number previously used asap as my mobile internet is also unreliable (thank god pn dont do mobile....I wouls still be waiting  for weeks!

Hi there,
Did you see the update on your ticket on Monday from Tony? That should give you a good estimate of when your fault is due to be resolved.

It seems like the problem is affecting a few people in your area, unfortunately dig work is needed which is due to happen today so we've been told to check for updates tomorrow.

Still no Internet or phone. ...no sign of bt anywhere....the word pisstake has been bandied round already in this issue. 
Hope to god that pn get me a bloody good xmas present to make up for this!

Must be from all the chasing....but still no reply as to y this hasnt been sorted yet.

so, once again, no internet.  No sign of BT digging anything up anywhere in my area....
Unless they are using nanobots to fix this, its almost like nothing is going on!
Please can someone from PN text me on the mobile number the person who took my initial call has added to my account as I will not be able to access my account or this forum all day in work(and prob not when I get in as I am losing faith in this being fixed)

right, have brief access to the forum but still no reply.  If no reply by the end of the day I will look to move to another provider - one who can and will answer support tickets in a timely manner

Hi again,
Sorry for the lack of response so far. I've just had a look at the notes on the fault and we were advised that the ducting work required should have been done on the 3rd, unfortunately from the sounds of things this hasn't happened yet so we need to chase this up. I'll get on to this during the afternoon and will provide an update asap.

I've just got off the phone talking to our suppliers about this issue and unfortunately the ducting work hasn't been completed. The date this is scheduled for is the 9th December. I'm not sure if you're aware but it's classed as a 'common fault' which is affecting a number of people in your area.
I'm sorry the update isn't good news, but we'll check back at that date for updates.

did they advise if this was in relation to the work they are doing with regards to getting Fibre to the area?  If so, can you confirm:-
a) which cabs are going live when
b) will it be FTTC of FTTP?
