9 days, and I still can't see my daily usage!

Oh, the help line is polite, but their pie crust promises and lame excuses are wearing a bit thin now.
I reported the issue 9 days ago, and still I can't see my daily usage, this is important when streaming and downloading is heavy, but those in control can't see this. All I keep getting is 'we're working on it'
And no one can, or will, explain why this has happened.
All I know is it started at the date of a new billing period.

Hi Wiz,
We have a problem with viewing usage at the moment for a number of customers. Unfortunately no ETA at the moment, we're working on it and will update as soon as we have more information.
Sorry I can't give any further information into this at the moment, I will keep you informed.

What grates with me is that when phoning Plus Net, the assistant can see my usage, and informs me of the GB used, but I can't see it, thats is the most annoying thing and worry.
Maybe a nice new free router would solve this, I think it would be a nice gesture.  Roll eyes

Your worried about 9 days, I haven't been able to see any stats for many months now and just get told it will be fixed soon.

On some affected accounts we can see the usage, unfortunately the workaround we have to use to do these means we can't see any breakdown of peak/off-peak without manually calculating it.
