Hey, I've just had my upload speed uncapped from 443kb/s... before joining plusnet I was on 18mb to 21mb download speed with 1.2mb to 1.6mb upload speed... im using the same router I was before joining plusnet but with my pn settings. Can someone enlightenme as to why even tthough my connection is uncapped, im now stuck on the 888kbit, I wouldn't mind but before switching I was promised the same speed as I was when I was with my previous ISP... The highest upload I noted before joining pn was 1.65mb/so why am i only getting little over half the speed?
