79365332 - IP Profile possibly needs changing

Hi Chris,
Could you have a look at 79365332 please when you get a second and amend the download and upload if it's incorrect for my profile. I believe I should be getting more from this connection but as I have previously only used it for wireless devices, i.e iPhone & iPad the profile has settled at 21MB download and 2MB upload. Thanks again and many thanks for your help earlier today ref my other connection

Just to confirm this is an different connection from the one earlier, it's just that looking closer and after connecting my MB Pro using a network cable I noticed the speeds seemed a lot slower to my other connection with Plusnet.

Also would like to say a big thanks to the BT engineer that came out today, he was extremely professional and endured the tipping rain and wind to sort my connection out for me. Had to offer the poor chap a cuppa after all his efforts he most certainly deserved it.
