Had problems with my Router a couple of weeks ago , new one was sent out which cured the fault since then iv had no drop outs.
Yet Internet is still capped at 1 meg or less which is pretty much useless to me need it lifting ASAP please.
Router is Synced at 443 / 7.599 yet plus net say line speed is 1.2

The best way to get it lifted now is to give PN a ring
Mention that your BT profile doesn't match your PN one and you should be away.

Cheers for the tip Alex, i just gave them a ring but didn't get anywhere spoke to a young girl basically trying to make me do the exact same hardware fault finding i did two weeks ago .
I disconnected the internet a few times today from the user interface from a web browser to see if the cap was lifted, but as far as i am aware the router has had a solid up time of over 3 days now iv been told i should wait another 72 hours to see so more checks can be ran .........
I mean i know certain details about how my internet should be running and that just doesn't seem right.
DSL Connection:
Uptime: 3 days, 1:41:17
DSL Type: ITU-T G.992.5
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 443 / 7.599
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [MB/GB]: 218,61 / 1,72

I'm assuming the line speed you are referring to is the one found here?
If so then you can always just try again and see if you get a more experienced CSC rep?

Yeah that's the one i tried again but no such luck .. kinda frustrating really as the last guy i spoke to pretty much said the only dc's on the line were user requested and happened today .... i don't understand how that can be seen as a drop from the exchange ?!?
When my router is telling me the connection to the exchange has been solid for 3 days constantly..

You need to run a BT diagnostic speed test which will tell you your IP Profile.
The Current Line speed given on the page houlton23 should match (rounded down to the nearest .1).
If they don't ring up and ask "for your current line speed to be set to match your IP Profile". Don't take any nonsense about having to wait - point out that your DSL connection is over 3 days. Keep ringing until you get someone who knows what they are doing - you might want to point them to this topic.
