7 days, 3 BB engineers, 2 routers, 1 customer, 0 broadband

none, nada, zilch - all words that describe our internet connection. How can a network which was designed by people defeat so many people?
what happened in the early hours of Wednesday 5th between 1am and 7am that stopped plusnet serving us broadband?
can anyone answer me this?
or more to point, just give me the broadband that I am paying you for!!

Hi ketter,
I'm really sorry to see this issue hasn't been sorted yet.
From looking at the open fault ticket I can see we're waiting for some exchange maintenance work called a "tie pair modify" to be completed. We're expecting that to happen by the end of the day tomorrow.
