£60.50 to leave?

Hi,
Just noticed the following "charge" on my account, that ties in with my move to "unlimited".
Did I miss this when requesting a product change from extra to unlimited in Dec 2012 - I don't recall being told about this charge/penalty?

Unlimited
£60.50(upon cancellation)""
and is this over and above the other charge listed at £25 that is due on cancellation!?!
Is this designed to stop us leaving?????  Roll_eyes
Confusing at best, expensive if true!

Re: £60.50 to leave?

As you have likely entered into a new 12-month contract, this is the amount that would be due were you to cancel the contract early.
This amount will reduce as each month passes.
EDIT:  Yes, this is in addition to the £25 if you were to cancel.  If you were to migrate, only the £60.50 would be due

I think its a good idea to have those charges displayed, so you dont have any suprises should you decide to go elsewhere.
