5th BTOR visit is this the one????

OK,
so i  am really happy with pn at this point, Engineer visit number 4 did not fix my issue but hte first i knew about this was when PN support contacted me to inform me that an issue still existed (was not expecting that), i was asked to choose another apointment time and requested a Saturday appointment if possible, then was told an enigineer would be sent out to network in 72hrs and my appointment would be booked if required after that....so i was sitting at home on thursday afternoon minding my own business, a loud knock on the door, "hello i am from BTOR i have come to look at your fault, i knocked earlier but no one answered", so i said "sorry, i did not know you were coming" (BTOR)"what is the issue you are having"(me)"you are number 5 and a whole history of my issue"(BTOR)"roll of eyes and a large sigh"
But then he turned into a man of action, he even lifted the manhole outside my house which is ony 20m from the cabinet, found what looked like old destroyed water logged splice connectors on the leg to my house....which might explain the issue i was having getting worse in the rain, he even showed me the splices he cut off (at this point i had aleady explained to him about my 20 years as a network cable monkey and current position of systems management analyst) we than had a laugh about the cable BT supply him described as CAT5 but only containing 2 pairs, he made some changes to the incorrect wiring the previous BTOR man had made on the extn to the alarm.
and since then @20:00 on thursday night i cannot replicate the issue i was having where i could drop my SYNC by ringing my landline number and have constant stable speedtest in the late 60mb range.
And when he left he gave me his bt ref number and mobile number with the instruction to ring if i had any further issues (is there a way you guys can pass possitive comments regarding the quality of the BTOR engineers?)
Please could someone post up my Radius from @20:00 Wednesday 17th
Thanks PN support for not just closing the ticket when you could have and following up to completion (hopefully)
regards
Dro

I've had a couple of BTOR engineers help me by providing similarly excellent service. One of them even went 30 miles out of his way to return one of my cats who'd secretly hitched a ride on his van for the day!!
Glad that you've now got a good service, ably supported by the excellent PN staff.

Hi droffy,
The graph as requested - it's the last week rather than since Wednesday but frankly I think it's the better for that given that the change is all the more obvious:

Really pleased to see it's been fixed with, well, the only words I can think of are style or elan. I shall be passing your feedback on, thank you.
