5 hour outage

My Broadband was down in LA4 last night for 5 hours.  What caused that.  It took 30mins for technical support to answer. Told there is a problem in the area.

If it wasn't a fault it might have been http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1407760912.htm ; Note the first paragraph after the listing.

Thanks but not listed so must have been a fault. Officially according to tech support Problem in are from 18:45 to be cleared by 11:30. My hub reported connection was made at 01:06 next day.

You could try http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/ - on your exchange page, click the 'here' on the 3rd line. That is usually updated regularly, but the rest of the data isn't at the moment.
