Just to let you know Ive had a call tonight .I could be connected with my existing equipment ( Waitrose ISP).
I have decided to wait until the Plusnet router arrives before activation as I have had some problems with my current router.

I had some good news today, ive progressed to having my line speed checked and i should be migrated by next saturday at 12pm. Hows yours going?

Migration complete just waiting for the PN router which was dispatched last night ,so I guess it will be Monday before I'm up-and running.
I'm also switching phone from BT to PN ,that's scheduled to happen on 31st
Update it arrived this morning ,so running now.
