As the title says 4th visit from BTOR this guy spent 4 times as long as the others but still spent a lot of time pointing at his tester and saying well i did see a fault but now it has gone.......hopefully this time is the charm....
he had my bt profile reset and the BTW speed test site shows 77.44mb again how long does it take for my plusnet profile to catch up with theirs? as i am only getting 20mb on the speed tests?
Or is this something you guys have to do for me.....
