4G Mini Hub return address

Hi. I was sent an EE 4G mini hub while my connection was being set up. The agent I spoke to said there would be a returns label in the box but there wasn't one. Could somebody help supply that address? Also can I confirm I simply put the address on the bag it came in and stick it in a post box? Thanks!

Re: 4G Mini Hub return address

That label is for a tracked parcel delivery as in I would need to go to a post office or I would need to make sure I was in so they could collect (I'm not doing either). It says on the returns bag it can be put into a post box to return it but that would require a pre-paid returns label. That's what I'm after and I assume it should have been in the box for me to use.

In that case, call Plusnet.

Re: 4G Mini Hub return address

I very nearly tempted to kept the one I was sent. But I baulked a little when a letter from BT arrived asking me to set up a direct debit for its use.

Then I went through several phone calls with Plusnet. Enquiring about its return. The (pre-paid) return sticker had no relation to BT or Plusnet. The documentation in the box it came in said I'd be told when to return it (but such communication never arrived).

After the final phone call to Plusnet the Plusnet agent stated that I could just return it. Despite not receiving an instruction to return it. So I did.

Re: 4G Mini Hub return address

Thanks. Yeah the pre-paid return label is what I was expecting to be in the box. I was told I would receive a DD setup letter but to ignore it as Plusnet were picking up the bill. I'll hang on to the hub and if Plusnet really want it back I'm sure they'll contact me and can send the missing returns label.
