40/10 - 80/20, upload the same

Upgraded from 40/10 fibre to 80/20, my line profile is 49mb up from 37.
The bt wholesale speed test shows improved download speeds but the upload profile is stuck on the same as it was on the 40/10 product around 5-6mb but the line profile for the upload is 20mb up from 9mb
I have tried to disconnect the router, power down then power down the fibre modem etc but this does not improve the upload profile, i thought it might be the problem it has been provisioned wrong but the closed tickets show 80/20 product and the download speeds are around 48-50mb on speed checkers.

Tried a few more times with the bt speedtester and it still shows the 6mb upload
Can plusnet check my account / line stats?

Hi there,
At present your upstream is set to 8082 and your downstream to 42876 - you'll have to raise a fault to get it looked into and updated thoughI'm afraid. Hopefully this should stop being an issue once FTTC is a more mature technology, but as things stand we have very limited access to reporting and tools.

Raised this through the faults, the line profile has dropped to 41mb from 49mb this morning, hope its not the turning off the fibre modem a few times causing this, will this go up on its own again?

Your estimated upload speed is 'up to 10.9Mbps' so your line may not be capable of achieving much more than you're currently getting?
