£4.99 Modem / Router

More of a suggestion than anything else..
I recently changed my broadband product and was offered a new router for £4.99 which I did actually want. So after clicking next & confirm etc, PN asked for card details for the router. Unfortunately, I was at work without my wallet, so I had to cancel the whole thing and start again, this time without the router.
Anyway...
My question is:
Why can't the cost of the router be added to your direct debit monthly bill?
and..
Is there any way that I can still get this new router? Especially now that my old router appears to have developed a fault!
Cheers

Re: £4.99 Modem / Router

Best just to phone it in and request it, you are basically paying for the postage of the router with the cost of the actually router deferred if you stay for 12 months or more, so its a separate one off payment

Hi nimbus,
It's only subscription payments that we take by direct debit, all others are one off card payments. Did you manage to get it sorted?
