3rd party router not connecting

I've picked up a Netgear DGN2200v3 ADSL router from one of my friends.

I've been trying to use it as a replacement for my Plusnet router but the Netgear doesn't seem to connect. Keeps on saying that there isn't an ADSL connection.

I know what my username and password for the connection should be.

Hi @unabatedshagie,

If you are on a Fibre package then an ADSL Router won't work unfortunately, so if you are on a Fibre package then I would recommend trying to use a VDSL Router instead.
