3 months in and fibre speeds gone from 77mb to sub 20mb

Here we go again already had several BTW visits but my sync drops more than a whores draws my speeds have gone from 77mb to less that my old broadband speeds, my profile is saying 20mb where it used to say 77mb. I believe this is not Plusnets fault as i have always had an issue with sync drops that 2 BTW visits have not fixed.
i can ring my house number and break the sync then it resets and sits stable for a couple of hours and then it goes again, i have not been keeping track of my speeds recently unlike when i first got fibre and i all seem to do was run speedtests, but the speeds are now so low that i may as well go back to copper BB.
Please could someone post my radius graph, also i have logged a ticket 71402812.
Please help me get my speed back as once you have tasted 77mb you dont want anything else.

There should be no interaction between the phone and broadband,The fact that there is suggests you have a line fault, and the number of disconnects will have most probably  caused DLM to lower the speed and increase latency, The fault will need fixing ,before dlm is reset , Any audible noises on the line when you do a quiet test 17070 option 2 using a corded phone plugged into the test socket, which is behind both faceplate's with only phone connected,?  if you can hear crackling or other odd noises ,you can report this as a PTSN  voice Fault, to who ever you pay line rental too,
If no noises can plusnet not run the newer openreach CIDT  test  http://www.openreach.co.uk/orpg/home/products/llu/cidt/cidt.do , which are supposed to detect HR type faults
