My speed is now sorted out as it was the wi-fi issues problem. I turn it off and use ethernet cable to my pc and got stable speed now.

Thanks JamesM, The wi-fi is the worse ever as speed was all over the place, ping all over the place. Turned off wi-fi had solved it! I might think of getting homeplug as my router is downstair where my pc is upstair with 15 metre long ethernet cable.
