2mbs - should be16mbs. what's going on?

So I had 6 months of trying to get switched from 20cn to 21cn.
After a lot of phone calls to you guys it got done and was running at 16mbs.
Bt speed test is now showing 2mbs.
Can tis get looked at please.

Hi there,
I've just performed a couple of line tests and they are showing that your router is connected through at 2784 now, so the lower profile corresponds to this. Can you go through and raise a fault ticket at https://faults.plus.net and then give us a nudge in here, we'll pick it up and raise through to our suppliers.

Hi thanks for reply.
It is back up to around 16mbs now.
Have no idea why it is changing by so much. (any ideas?)
Will monitor and head back here next time it drops and get fault ticket as well.

Glad to hear it's back to normal. When I checked earlier your line was syncing at a very low rate and the SNR had shot up. Hopefully it was a one-off, but if it happens again definitely go through the faults checker so we can look in more details.
