2704N Router fault

Hi, new customer here having issues with the above router.

Internet connection is fine (if very slow) however when I call up the routers IP (192.168.1.254), I can see the current settings but if I click any of the buttons (to change the password etc)  it tells me the page cant be displayed. (See image)

What I have done so far:

turned the router off and on again.

done a factory reset using the button on the router.

If anyone can suggest a solution (other than getting a new router) I would be very grateful.

Cheers

Dave

What web browser are you using?

If it is Safari, try using chrome.

ex-Plusnet (ADSL, FTTC) 2008-2023. now BT (FTTP) 2023-
