Re: 21cn exchange - 1.01km away, 2mb down rate?

Hi there,
Well the DLM system has turned interleaving on for you (as of the 2nd July) and your PN profile was way above the BT one. I've matched the profiles now so that should stop the packet loss - I guess when you were gaming the other night you weren't the only one using the connection?
Hope that makes a difference, please let us know.

Hi Matt,
It's still causing an issue, I've just dropped / lost connection whilst playing online. Also no one else uses the internet apart from myself, also telephone was not in use either.

Re: 21cn exchange - 1.01km away, 2mb down rate?

Hi there,
Best way to do that would be to run through the faults wizard (http://faults.plus.net) - that'll take you through the tests to prove it's not a fault with your equipment or internal wiring. Beyond that we need to report it to our suppliers so they can investigate and fix.
I can see you've raised a fault before however it was closed before any investigation could take place - if you leave it open our team will get onto it for you.
Hope that helps.
