21CN trial message received from PN

I received an email last week encouraging me to sign up to the trial as my exchange is ready to go.
I submitted a ticket as advised 6 days ago but have not heard anything since.  #27773955  It was in response to ticket number #27771975

Sorry for not replying to the ticket earlier, we've had a lot of interest in the trial and I'm still working through all the tickets. I've just updated it for you, will try and get through some more this evening. We're staggering the orders out so that we don't put everyone on at the same time so expect the order to go in in the next few days and will then take a week to do.
