21CN speed upgrade

I see that now my estimated line speed is 17Mb.I currently have the extra package at a little under 7Mb.Can i upgrade and would it cost anything?

That depends - there is no cost to change - but if you go to the non contract option it will increase your monthly costs

Your line speed wouldn't change - has your exchange been upgraded to 21CN recently

I'm presuming you are currently on 20CN ADSL1 and that your exchange has recently had 21CN ADSL2+ enabled. You don't have to change account type to be upgraded, Plusnet will do it automatically in a few weeks anyway, but hopefully one of the Plusnet reps will see your request on here and place a manual order which should complete in 5 working days.

Welcome aboard the community forum
A order has been placed for your services to move to ADSL2+, your upstream will also be uncapped.
This will complete on the 4th January, during the first 10 days your line will be in a training period.
There's nothing you need to do from your side
