Your in a very similar state to IanSn, everything looks great, you just need to ask for your upstream to be uncapped which will roughly double your upstream speed.

x47c - I don't mind if your figures are wrong.  If my speed increases at all then I am happy.  If your figures are remotely close then I will be over the moon Smiley

Just raise a ticket or hope Adam sees your reply.
They just tweak some setting at their end and you get a faster upload speed, it either happens the same or next day.  There is ZERO cost involved in doing this so you have nothing to lose.
