Definitely enabled - see http://community.plus.net/21cn-exchange-availability/ and search for the code

That is possible - but you would have received emails about it if you had.

Re: 21CN has come early

Has anyone else been told by plusnet that speed faults they are experiencing will have to wait until after 21CN migration to be further investigated?
My speeds dropped off considerably 2 weeks ago from averaging around 7000kbs to a fluctuating 200 to maximum 2000kbs. I raised a fault ticket for it and 2 days ago I was informed that no further action could be taken to address this until my exchange has completed it's 21CN migration, which may take up to 5 weeks.

Re: 21CN has come early

I think that if an order has been placed has been placed for migration then it prevents them raising a fault on the line.

Re: 21CN has come early

The most frustrating thin about my current fault and it being attributable to this so called euphoric upgrade is that it took my persistence to actually get them to admit this was it's cause. Until 3 days ago they were insisting their upgrade works were not to blame for my speed issues.
I only got their " Good News" announcement of 21CN upgrade at my exchange 5 days after raising the fault ticket!

It is indeed upgraded. I was moved on to ADSL2+ on the burnham exchange a week or so ago. Smiley

Re: 21CN has come early

@lank111, you're still on ADSL. Your move to 21CN completes on the 5th February.
@davelbluee, the move to 21CN will not be the cause of your issues (as it hasn't happened yet) but may very well fix them (hence us not raising the issue until the order completes). The order will be complete a week today.
