21CN but ADSL only - CS help please

Looks like my 21CN order was raised as ADSL only, not ADSL2+ I guess I need a new BT order raised to fix?
Can someone take a look at ticket 27674313 in James's absence please?

What mode do you have selected on your router? If that is G.DMT then you'll get that. The mode setting needs to be multi-mode or ADSL2+.
If you are on a long line you might get ADSL2 (without the +) if the extended frequency range of ADSL2+ is of no value.

The CS team have already identified the order was placed incorrectly, but it looks like it's sat on James  to look at, and I think he is on Holiday.
