21CN WBC order 'stuck'!!

This is getting a bit annoying now.
My exchange has been upgraded to 21CN WBC and many people I know are getting aroung 18-20Mbps. I ordered the upgrade last Monday (9th), being told it would take 5-7 working days. It still hasn't happened and Plusnet say the order is 'stuck' but can't tell me why!
Can anyone chase this up for me please?? Ticket is: 50709544

The order seems to have become stuck in an automated queue. The completion date has been pushed back to the 25th. As a simple solution to this I'm going to cancel the order then raise a new one to complete on the next working day.
Please note that cancelled orders can take 24 hours to clear off from the system before we can raise another so this may take me a couple of days to resolve but we should have that sorted before the 25th at least.
