*21CN ONLY* Do you think your PN profile is not updating as it should?

Oddly, I'm the total opposite of everyone else.
I'm connected at 9637, BT speed tester says my profile is 8263 and PN Member Centre says Current line speed: 11 Mb, though it may be down to me being on the IPV6 trial.  The 582n does synch at 11Mb but I'm using my Cisco because of lots of line drops.

My PN profile is still being reported as 10.1MB but several speedtesters, including PN and BT, are showing download speeds in excess of 11M. My current sync is 13376 so my BT profile will be about 11800 using the 88.2% rule. So I wonder, is the PN profile updating OK but not the report showing in the Member Centre/Connection Settings/High-speed Broadband tab?

Not in my case. Jojo manually upped my profile from 3000 to 3300 last week, speedtest results immediately went from c2700 to c3000.

My router is synched at 12,052 but the IP profile has been stuck at 5.2 for a few weeks (as far as I know). I only checked into it when iPlayer HD started to constantly buffer.

My router had been sync at 18676K, with BT IP at 16477K for few days now and PN IP still at 13.6 Mb but getting strange speed of 16095K throughput.

I have raised your profile to 11700 to allow for your new BT IP profile. This should take effect shortly.

No, I've checked the BT system where the report is and the new profile is not showing there either.

Restarted router 14/01/2012 15:00, sync speed 7695kbps, IP Profile 6788 confirmed by BT Speedtester.
Plusnet Current line speed still showing at its previous value of 6.6Mbps at 16/01/2012 14:45, approaching 2 days delay.

jojo, that because I try to disconnection to change different gateway! Most gateway are 2Meg less and some gateway get 2 Meg extra. Issues at PN gateway.
