I am looking at the examples that keep getting posted and have noticed a couple of similarities where the report is downloaded but the profile not changed, we're investigating and are looking to get some form of fix out for this.

Note that the IP profile is now 3697kbps and I object to the Plusnet practice of rounding down which loses me a further 100kbps approximately

Some case it take 3-5 days to get it updated!

BT IP profile 69.86 Mbps
'Current Line Speed' 64.8 Mb
Still unsure how quickly this should update, I suspect my Sync will drop soon as I have never sustained this speed before and error rate is a bit high (Interleaving off on downstream for the first time in months but on for upstream where it has previously mostly been off).
I'm happy for Plusnet to leave this and see when (if) it updates automatically - especially if it assists in solving this issue.
[Edit] now waiting for the PN profile to be reduced - I just knew it wouldn't hold that speed but didn't expect it to go lower than before.
Still happy to wait and see if the automatic system works as it shouldn't cause me any real problems.

As far as I can see been pretty consistent as above for all of last week.
