I appreciate your frustration with this, there are many examples where it is updating in a acceptable timeframe, unfortunately there are still numerous occasions where it isn't.
I am looking at the examples that keep getting posted and have noticed a couple of similarities where the report is downloaded but the profile not changed, we're investigating and are looking to get some form of fix out for this.

Sync speed changed from 4032kbps to 4192kbps over 4 days ago and the Plusnet profile is still 3.5Mb/s
Note that the IP profile is now 3697kbps and I object to the Plusnet practice of rounding down which loses me a further 100kbps approximately

Hi could someone give my profile a nundge, bt were doing work on sunday and speed dropped as did my PN Profile, BT have now increased profile but PN has not matched.

Download speedachieved during the test was - 12.39 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 16.83 Mbps
Plusnet Profile : 13Mbs

^^^ How long is your 13Mbs for? When is the last time of BT profile on your line at 16.8Mb?
Some case it take 3-5 days to get it updated!

My BT profile has increased from 67.06 to 72.97, can someone give my profile a kick while they're passing?

Why is plusnet still ongoing changing manual ip profile. It seem the plusnet updated isn't working at all. Thought it will going to get it fixed and sorted it out by now? Sorry for rant but it really annoying if it kept asking for manual adjust.

...but you're not having to, and neither are the majority of our customers? It is something that's still under investigation though.

BT IP profile 69.86 Mbps
'Current Line Speed' 64.8 Mb
Still unsure how quickly this should update, I suspect my Sync will drop soon as I have never sustained this speed before and error rate is a bit high (Interleaving off on downstream for the first time in months but on for upstream where it has previously mostly been off).
I'm happy for Plusnet to leave this and see when (if) it updates automatically - especially if it assists in solving this issue.
[Edit] Sad now waiting for the PN profile to be reduced - I just knew it wouldn't hold that speed but didn't expect it to go lower than before.
Still happy to wait and see if the automatic system works as it shouldn't cause me any real problems.

Been suggested in another topic http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,115353.0.html I post my figures here to see if this problem is affecting my connection.
BT Speedtest:
Download speed achieved during the test was - 3.64 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 2 Mbps-7.15 Mbps
IP Profile for your line is - 4.76 Mbps
Plusnet Current Line Speed (Profile): 3.3 Mbs
As far as I can see been pretty consistent as above for all of last week.
