What does this mean for me?
Is it good or bad?

I have a telephone connected to BT via wires and PN broadband over same.
What does this 21CN mean for me? (I can guess that 21C is short for 21st century...)
BT seem to think it's something to boast about - but they don't explain whether it makes
any difference to me.
Will I get faster broadband?

or will we have to wait for plus net to roll out new packages before we can use wbc at are exchanges.
any info on what isp's will be doing with this new option would be great?

i know your still in planing stage for wbc but do u think it would only be launched once a big % of exchanges are wbc upgraded.
or would plus net launch your wbc packages why only a small % of exchanges have bein upgraded.
my exchange is due for wbc this coming novemeber
