20cn to 21cn upgrade query.

Hello, my exchange has finally just been upgraded by BT (They said they were going to do it in 2009/10). Anyway, I received an email on the 26th of June saying the exchange has been upgraded, and I will be switched over to 21cn in the next 5 weeks.
Do BT Openreach switch all their own customers (BT Broadband) over to 21cn before other ISP's (Plusnet), as a friend in the same neighbourhood was switched over last Thursday and I'm still on 20cn. If that's normal, what sort of league time difference is there between a BT Broadband customer being switched over compared to a Plusnet customer?

AFAIK that certainly shouldn't be the case due to BT's rules about equivalence across it's different sectors. Also these are often handled as bulk orders that ISPs tend to raise automatically.
Incidentally I've checked and there's an order in the system for your upgrade to 21CN on the 18th.

Perhaps I should start my own thread but I'm in the same position as Mangoletsi, waiting for an upgrade since receiving an email towards the end of June.  I did not know that there was a particular scheduled date for each upgrade so now I do, I'm curious to know what mine is.  Is there a way I can find out for myself or is the date just on some Plusnet internal system?
