2009 Product Refresh - Phase 2

Can anybody enlighten us:
When can we expect to see the Second Phase?
Has the consultation process with PUG started?
Is there going to be any product suitable for Market 1/2 customers?
Is there going to be anything without a > 30 day notice period?
I promise to keep any secrets divulged  Grin

There's no 'Phase 2' in development at the moment.

No.

Define 'suitable' Wink

Are you talking about the cancellation notice?
Whilst there isn't a 'Phase 2' in the pipeline at the moment there are some changes just over the hill that I'm sure will be announced in due course. It's unlikely to bring with it any significant changes to the core product offerings though if that's what you were hoping for?

In the "changes" will the Premier Option One customers start  getting 20 GB of peak time use at line speed instead of the current 13gb?

Doubt it, been said before that legacy products aren't changed...

I guess the OP is referring to anything with a shorter contract length than 12/18 months.
At least I am not surprised then, the answer to that one being "not anytime soon" Roll_eyes

True but that's not to say it isn't something we've looked at before. If I'm honest, efforts are focussed in other areas at the moment so it's unlikely to happen any time soon (if at all).
