Pinging everything at 2000, google, bbc. Have left router unplugged for 15minutes, no devices attached using the bandwidth, router plugged into master socket etc. Any ideas?
That looks like a problem on the BT network which is the bit between hops 1 & 2, and because a reboot has not helped it could be congestion at your local exchange. If it's still the same tomorrow raise a fault.
