Hi there,
It's probably worth raising a fault anyway, either for dropping connection or slow speed. Your connections over the past week do show some drops in connection:

though if this was you powering off to resync the router then it's nothing to worry about. If they are drops then raise the fault as intermittent, otherwise a slow speed issue would be best - if you include some speed test results (ideally from the bt speed tester: http://www.speedtester.bt.com) in the comments that'll give us something further to go on.
