2 Questions.

1. I'm coming up on the end of my 18 month contract in the next couple of months, if i renew a new 18 month contract with you, will i qualify for the 9 months at £12.50 for fibre?
2. I've noticed in the last week several disconnections and a drop in broadband connection speed from 48mb to 39mb, could this be looked into?

To get a new deal you would need to phone the Customer Options Team on
    0845 140 6002
    0330 123 9197
Times are  Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 8.00pm (Except Bank Holidays)    Saturday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
For the disconnections you would need to raise a fault at https://faults.plus.net

Saturday mornings are the best! got straight through! or possibily Tuesday afternoons after 2pm are usually quiet times

Pretty much as Oldjim has said, you'll need to speak to our Customer Options Team on the above numbers and we'll discuss your account with you regarding re-contracting.
