2.4ghz & 5ghz hub router

Hi There

I have a Plusnet hub router (fibre optic) I'm trying to connect a wireless door bell, without success. I'm managing to do everything other than connect to Wi-Fi.

It says on the instructions that the router has to be 2.4ghz and that it will not work on 5ghz. I've logged into the router and it looks like it's dual 2.4 & 5.0

Any suggestions or ideas how I can connect to 2,4 ghz....? Or separate the two..?

Seperate the two bands - easiest was is to add 5G to the 5G SSID, and untick the synch with 2.4.

Thanks for your response, have tried this but still not connecting, getting a message on my wi-fi, connected without internet..🤔
