1month contract on signup?

I've recently recommended plusnet to someone who has had a huge amount of problems with another ISP.
some  of the key things he was interested in was the 1 month contract, UK based support, and the ability to change to a different usage limit if he needed to download more.
is this still possible with plusnet?

Minimum contract is now 18 months for Value and Unlimited, 12 months for Pro.
