120GB adsl trial

I raised a ticket (ticket number #59669789) asking a question about the 120gb adsl trial on the 9th September 2012.  The questiong was as follows 'With this trial is it still on a rolling monthly contract?'.  I've not heard anything back.

It is on the standard 10 day contract but any outstanding freebies with a 12 month tie in  from your existing account will carry over

Those tickets will all be replied to today/tomorrow, although it does say that they take 7 - 14 days when you first raise the ticket as it's not a standard support path.
