1000th problem

OK So this is getting a bit too far now. internet has just been on 1000+ms ping and 0.4 download for the last HOUR when im the only one on the internet doing absolutely nothing bar speedtests..
Absolute joke of a service. Makes no sense how in the 21st century u can't
1.Change a profile
2.Provide a consistantly good broadband service.
3.Provide any type of half decent router
4.answer the phone within 34 minutes..
5.SORT MY INTERNET

So is this a whinge about a 1000 problems, your ping, the long call times to the call center, the router or all of the above? You tried power cycling the router?
EDIT: oh wait its a mickhowes1 thread, have you asked your BT engineer neighbour what the problem is.
