10 days with snr of 3db

Just been checked routerstats of my connection stable for 10 days now with snr of 3db with routerstats below but SF (CRC) Errors and Severe ES are quite high? :

Lines with lower SNR are more susceptible to errors - that's how it works I'm afraid. The lower the SNR you set the more errors you'll see.

Thanks Matts. The fault team last time did ask BT to reduce snr of 3db and BT had accepted this. And the fault team had cleared the fault and say this is fine as long the line is remain stable by DLM.
