10 day training period

Is the 10 day training period for max dsl lines only for new broadband installations or if you change from one ISP to another?

Hi leeh1972,
I can't speak for other ISPs but if you come to plusnet you will have a 10 dyay training period even if you have had broadband on that line before.

Thanks JoJo.  Have been suffereing peak time slow down in last few days.  Am on day 8 out of 10.  When it was fine for first 6 days.  So I am hoping it the training period causing the issue

Possibly but once it's on day 11 we can start to look at any issues you may have, so just keep me posted here.

As I thought.  i will keep an eye on it.  the 11 day is the 2nd April.  If any issue after that i will raise a issue
