10 day broadband profile

had my broadband activated on the 22nd january just wondering when the 10 day profile on router etc will be completed

  many thanks for the quick reply,at the moment i've nothing but praise for plusnet for their service in replying and to my broadband speeds which are the fastest i've ever had

Why - as the 10 days from the 22nd finishes on the 3rd Feb counting the first day
Aargh!! - who was counting the days on his desktop calendar which has switched over to February (28 days)

22 + 10 - 1 = 31, which was yesterday?
